The ability to manage client requests directly within the platform while maintaining a white-label approach is a game-changer for agencies looking to streamline their processes. I’m especially impressed with how it seamlessly integrates billing and task assignment—this will help reduce the chaos of managing multiple tools.

The upcoming phase with WPMU DEV handling white-labeled support is an exciting development. It will be a huge boost for solo freelancers like me, offering professional-level support without the need for a dedicated in-house team. Kudos to the team for this innovative solution. I am looking forward to exploring its full potential!

Yes, I agree with you, it probably won’t be viable for me either after converting to local currency.

Hi Flávio,

Interesting, the new Tickets feature from WPMU DEV really seems to be very useful, are you already using it with your clients? If so, is it meeting your expectations? Are your clients using it without any problems too?

Do you have clients in Brazil? Do you think it will be possible to offer white label support even with the Real so devalued? In my case, it is impossible to resell WPMU DEV hosting because of the conversion.

It’s going to significantly enhance the way we handle client communication, making it much more streamlined and efficient. I’ve been looking forward to a feature like this, and the implementation looks fantastic. Moreover, the anticipation for the upcoming white label support system is through the roof. The ability to maintain brand consistency while offering top-notch support is going to be a game-changer for us. Kudos to the team for continuously innovating and adding value to our toolkit. Great job, WPMU DEV!

Having a more structured support system can make a big difference. That’s why providing an alternative like ours aims to ensure a smoother and more efficient way to provide customer support.

Thank you!

At the moment I’ve been using the WhatsApp app itself for this, which is great for communication in general, but it’s definitely not the best alternative for serving anxious customers who eventually face a problem.

Hi VivaArturo

Thank you for the feedback, we are working on some more features for the ticketing system, I see that email is one of the popular requests and you can add an extra vote here https://wpmudev.com/forums/topic/the-hub-client-submit-tickets-via-email/

For SLA, at this moment the ticketing is open from your customer to you so you can define your own SLA, we are working on the white-label support feature https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/#upcoming-the-hub-2-0 and all terms will be updated accordingly.

Best Regards
Patrick Freitas

– SLA’s so you can see the first reply and resolution times for a ticket
– Ability to email in support requests
