You are Phil, vulnerabilities are discovered every day but it takes some time until security providers like Patchstack disclose it, usually, we ( plugins dev ) receive the report in advance and implement the fix asap, if the theme developer hasn’t applied it until the vulnerability is disclosed then reaching the developer asking for ETA is the best idea, until then protecting your site by keeping all plugins and theme updated, and force 2FA for all admins.

This is honestly one of the most terrifying things, because one day your favourite theme could be the one that gets a vulnerability released. You have to basically hope the devs are responsive and quick to fix the issue!

I haven’t personally tested it yet, but I plan to give it a go this weekend to see how it works. At the moment, the team doesn’t have plans to use it in production, but I’ll be sure to share my experience after testing it.
