[Other] Feature request: URL forwarding for domains

Hello WPMUDEV! It would be great if your domain service included the option to redirect domains to specific URLs without the need to attach that domain to a site. Just using the DNS records like NameCheap allows.
Something like this: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/385/2237/how-to-redirect-a-url-for-a-domain/
