Really interesting your question, if this screening of hosting support requests were possible it would be cool.

Another interesting thing I’ve seen in companies that offer PLR’s products, White Label, is the unbranded documentation for customers to use, if this were included here in WPMU DEV it would be a big time saver, we wouldn’t have to create our own plugin documentation and services.

After going through this for 2 times, I saw that lifetime plugin licenses end up not being so advantageous for customers and also for companies, I was “addicted” to purchasing these plugins just because they are lifetime, today I prefer to analyze well if I will need it in the long term and purchase annual subscriptions.

As for the possibility of another company buying WPMU DEV, I also think we would be “protected” in the deal. The team and the CEO give me confidence, the best among all plugin companies, themes etc in the WordPress market.

On the question about the recent acquisitions of WP plugins, I am referring to the possibility of any large company being interested in buying the WPMU DEV, in which case we will be “protected”? In other words, will the new company maintain the lifetime price agreement?

I ask this because I’ve had problems with companies that were sold and the new owners didn’t respect the current customers, they totally changed the values or conditions.

US locations are usually fine for Brazil, the server locations depend on our providers, if they implement more locations we can also implement them on our hosting.

I share the same question as David, I’m in Brazil, that is, weak currency, WPMU DEV hosting ends up being “Very expensive”, any information about discounts for resellers?

Another question is the location of the servers, do you intend to include better options for Brazil?
