Hi Cristina,

At the moment the thumbnails are available only for custom added videos, not the default ones, but it is on our to-do list already to include it for those as well.

As for the playlist thumbnail issue, could you reach out to our support and give us some more info about your setup so we can check this further for you?

I am a bit confused however, I was attempting to “brand” the videos for my site, and although I can add a thumbnail to the playlist it doesn’t show up that way on the posting page. Additionally, I feel I should be able to make thumbnails for individual videos so they do not have that blad grey look. Any chance this can be done? I did try other themes to make sure it wasn’t a theme issue.
