I didn’t realized Microsoft have one call “Microsoft Clarity”!
Just installed on one of my website and see how it goes.

All these while I used “Hotjar” to enable the features of:

1) Heatmaps
2) Recordings
3) Feedback collection (love the way they allow visitor to screenshot the elements that have issue when providing feedback)

Thanks for sharing!!

I use Cloudflare and this was the first I’ve heard of theirs, so I’ll have to check that out.

I’ve been looking for a good way to track member activities and see which membership articles are most popular, so hopefully one of these solutions will help.

Thanks, Shiv! Clarity is pretty cool. Check it out and let us know what you think.

And Beehive is constantly improving! I don’t have an ETA on the Facebook pixel/WooCommerce analytics support, however, we’ll be sure to announce it here on the blog once released (and in the roadmap).

Cheers!

True that depending on how the business is doing will say a lot! Depending on what operation you have, it will vary on making use of the info.

For example, I find Microsoft Clarity interesting to see what a user looks at and does when it comes to my site. I think there’s great value in seeing what’s holding them up, where they click, etc.

All of the tools though have their own benefits — just depends.

Cheers!

Glad you enjoyed it! And yeah, there are some crazy differences between all of them. Woopra is really interesting to me to see exactly what the customer does along the way. Analytics are really getting in-depth more and more.

Great post – i have to say im really interested in Microsoft Clarity – a huge plus is its free, will surely try this out. Great blog into exactly what you need to see exactly what your users are doing/improve the user experience.

Beehive analytics has improved over the 8 months I’ve been a member and i have to say real-time visitor analytics is amazing. Still however waiting on the Facebook pixel support and woocommerce analytics which I’ve seen on the roadmap for a while :( Curious if there is an update on this?

These are the WPMU DEV Dashboard Analytics that you see on Hub and Hub Reports. https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/wpmu-dev-dashboard-plugin-instructions/#wpmu-dev-dashboard-analytics And we are utilizing Matomo for these stats.

Thank you,
Dimitris

To be honest, I’d like to understand more how I can make use of the information – depending on the site we track users and pageviews, but ultimately we track success via other means; e.g. how well business is going!
