Sorry to hear you had this experience, the Shipper depends on PHP for running the package creation or API migration, there are many cases the plugin can fail and for those, manual migration or our migration tools is the best option.

I have to create a ticket with the WOMuDEV support team and then they quickly and efficiently move my site for me. Bad plug-in, great service.
