So in these cases, it pays to simply take drastic actions with all of them at once, because we will often be doing this type of thing in an isolated copy on another test server and seeing if something important breaks and then it can be repaired.

And even have, and allow the use of, this type of mass function for quarantine and safe repair functions. Many times the site is actually infected and having to evaluate dozens or hundreds of occurrences one by one may not be viable.
