Hi,

how can I add a property (in this Case shipping_weight) to a Schema type (in this case simple product) in the schema builder?
Without the shipping weight the shipping cost cannot be calculated and google doesn’t accept products without shipping cost.

I have 2k books, can I just select all products to use book schema? This way is much faster.

Do u have a plan to use some custom fields for schema?

Hello Derin

There is not a separate schema just for restaurant menus but you could use:

Local Business -> Food Establishment -> Restaurant

which will bring up some more options, including a “Menu URL”.

Why is it that everyone including google has just conveniently forgotten bout the restaurant menu schema? I understand there is money to be made but a lot more people can make more money if the publishing of restaurant menus is democratized snd advertised as such
