Including integrations needed.

Hi Jan

I am afraid we don’t have plans to add it in a near future but I found this was requested in the past and I let our developers know you are also looking for it.

Best Regards
Patrick Freitas

Are there any plans to add Mollie Payments (mollie.com) integration in the near future?

Thank you

Most of my forms are synced to google sheets. Meaning every entry will be captured and stored as per row in google sheets. I add another column on the most right to make my own notes and comments.

Hi there Dave!

Indeed, you can only connect Zapier integration once to your form.

But you can then create as many zaps as you need at Zapier, and set up filters or conditional rules for each one to check for the values of your checkbox and/or radio fields. Then create an action for each zap to continue on to your autoresponder.

So you’d want to set up a zap with the Catch Hook as the first step, following the directions here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#zapier

Then for the next step in your zap, add a filter or rule to check that the “Text (Exactly Matches)” the desired value of your checkbox or radio field. For example:
https://monosnap.com/file/aH4PmV5HrVtn9EQ7nLAv7yqlb4ovMG

There’s really no limit to how many zaps you can create this way, and they would only trigger if your conditions are met.

Cheers!
Patrick

It appears you can only add the Zapier integration once per form. For example, I have checkboxes on a form that I would like to tag with different tags in my autoresponder based on which checkboxes they select. Is there another way of doing this? My thought was to add multiple zapier integrations to one form and then use the conditions to control who gets tagged to what based on the checkboxes the select but it appears it’s all or none with Zapier. Please advise. Thank you!

That’d be right, multiple MailChimp integration in a single form and use the conditions to target those.

I’m quoting a workaround provided on our support as well for better reference (also pinged our writers to update the relevant docs about it):

——————————

1. Edit the Audience fields and *|MERGE|* tags. Here you can manage the fields available to your audience’s signup forms. For example, we would add in an age group field with age group options: https://monosnap.com/file/BKvQp8g2GFgiOZmdUXHVSBV5oqhURu

2. Create Group for the following age groups: https://monosnap.com/file/GLeftD1orv1SfgfiNEsupaTUy1CgTJ

3. You may also add tags for the age groups: https://monosnap.com/file/STDwTjHbWNWpTa65cTyAIiLIl6y5KA

4. Once this is done, we would need to add integration in Forminator-> Integrations. Here you need to add multiple integrations with unique identifiers with age groups as identifiers: https://monosnap.com/file/pxOjOkUjmsrXCDwIQbVhR8fF99D1s7

5. The next step would be adding a radio field with the age groups to the form: https://monosnap.com/file/gnHVXYrLx5Nc5AvH5sCdcRt4CtyNrj

6. These would be used to have conditions on the Mailchimp integrations further. Then you would need to add the same integrations to the form. It would be something like this: https://monosnap.com/file/3JqgJ8Cbecm1GdvKITrG0HyiivaOjP

7. We would now be setting up conditions using the radio field to custom send leads only if those conditions are met. So for example, if the Radio field option selected is 15-30, only then the lead would be sent to the 15-30 group and would also appear under the 15-30 tag. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://monosnap.com/file/hLeBQBuFzpkXh31sW6pPG2BO3lHRwn

8. Once all of this is done, the leads should be sent to respective groups on Mailchimp: https://monosnap.com/file/dYYpf300Up3Pjxxt4kZnEAZY4bOofz

——————————

Thank you,
Dimitris

Ha, okay – it’d be simpler if we could use the same MC integration multiple times per form instead of having to add a completely separate integration with the same API key for each group, but it seems to work.
