You can use the calculation field for it https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#calculations-field then use two or more of those to calculate the fees based on conditional, for example, if you have two calculation fields

Pre-sale Questions – I need to know if the following can be accomplished. I would like the form to display the 3 lines:
$100 Membership
5% Admin fees (Admin add % field to calculate amount based on membership fee)
8% Sales Tax (Admin add % manually or automatically calculated by Stripe)

I am afraid it is not possible with the current version of the plugin, however, we do have an improvement task about this feature. Unfortunately, I will not be able to share an exact ETA as to when it will be released.

Just looking to see if there was an update on fixed ending for subscription payments? For example, I would want to charge someone a certain amount lets say $50/month for 12 months (and then it would stop).

Quick question…

When sending the form to an email, I can customize the message but I couldn’t find the field for the Subscription ID. I see it though, when I use the “All form fields”.

Can someone please guide me here? I created an XML formatted email but the SubscriptionId is extremely important to me. I tried transaction_id but it returns “None”.

Very good functionality. And that I could use in some way on my website. Without the need to use an external tool for this. Very useful for simple payments. I intend to carry out tests soon to evaluate usage on my website.

I tested this tool and it really works great. For small projects I can use this plugin without the need to create a woocommerce, addons plugins for subscription and I could do it with just one plugin.

I liked this functionality that wpmudev launched for the forminator pro plugin, but I don’t know if I would use it because in this case there wouldn’t be a panel for the customer to manage their recurring subscription and cancel if they need to.
